To equip candidates to become change agents for positively impacting students’ lives socially, emotionally, and academically.

M. Ed.
Program Length:
Six trimesters at 4 to 6 hours per trimester
Program Hours:
36 Credit Hours
Course work = 30 hrs. and Internship = 6 hours
Each course has co-teachers
Four Segments of Internship = 400 hours of specific tasks
Internship is done in 4 segments
Weekly Practicum Experiences Required (500 Hours over 6 Trimesters)
Two Mentoring Experiences Required
Structure:
This is a full cohort program only. A new cohort begins each fall trimester. Admission is not available for those desiring to complete two or three courses for purposes other than for a degree.
Deadline for Applications:
July 15
Interviews begin in March for early applicants
Graduation
Comprehensive Exam and the School Leaders Licensure Assessment required for graduation.
Transfer credits:
6 hours only
Seminars and Institutes:
Attendance is required
Instructional Delivery:
Hybrid or Online and/or Saturdays each trimester
