Enrollment Verification/Deferments

Enrollment is verified by The National Student Clearinghouse.  The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at:

For small companies and student verifications in the office, the student completes the form provided, and the verifications are done in the office. These forms are usually picked up by the students. Unless the student has signed release forms, only general directory information is given.

Forms are sent to The Clearinghouse from the Registrar’s Office once weekly, usually mailed out on Fridays.
