The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1998, commonly referred to as the “Clery Act,” is a federal law that requires each university receiving federal financial aid to annually compile and report specific crime and fire statistics for the university campus and to provide other safety and crime information to members of the campus community.

Pursuant to federal law, all current students, faculty, and staff are notified via email each October of their access to the Annual Campus Security and Fire Report. Additionally, all prospective students and prospective employees are entitled to request a copy of the William Carey University Annual Security and Fire Report.

Copies of this report may be obtained in person from The Office of Student Services, King Student Center, Room 316.
