Reading the Apocalypse through Cultural and Political Lenses
Thursday Sept. 19 at 6PM
King Student Center, Hattiesburg Campus
The Theatre & Communication Department invites you to the Fall Rhetorica Christiana Forum on Thursday, September 19th at 6pm in the King Student Center. Dr. Gerald Stevens, author of “Revelation: The Past and Future of John’s Apocalypse,” will present about the cultural and political manipulation of one of the most important texts in Christian theology, the NT book of Revelation. As we near the presidential election, we hope that the Fall forum helps us see John’s vision in a new and fresh light.
The forum is free and open to the public, so please feel free to invite friends, family, and church members.
