Annual Residency Fair

We offer students and GME programs the opportunity to participate in an annual residency fair organized by the Office of Graduate Medical Education. Students are able to meet with representatives from a wide variety of GME programs representing diverse specialties to explore issues such as training requirements, professional responsibilities, and work-life balance. 

Mock Interviews

Mock interviewing is available to our OMS4s preparing for the upcoming Match application cycle. Interviews are 30 minutes and include a feedback session aimed at increasing your readiness and confidence before an actual residency interview.

Big Interview Medical

We are pleased to offer you a free training system that features a new and innovative way to help you prepare more effectively for a residency interview.  Given the challenges of COVID-19 and the use of online interviews, Big Interview medical offers a step-by-step system combining expert video lessons and an interactive interview practice tool to help students interview with confidence.

Big Interview Medical is an online system that combines training AND practice to help improve your online interview technique and build your confidence.

HOW TO REGISTER

Here’s how to set up your Big Interview Medical account:

STEP 1: Go to https://wmcarey.biginterviewmedical.com/and click "Register".

STEP 2: Enter your school email address, name, and password, and click “Create my Account”

STEP 3: Log in and start using Big Interview Medical!  The system includes videos to guide you through each feature of the platform, including interview preparation content as well as creating your practice interviews.  It is highly intuitive and you can go through the content at your own pace.
