Will all cell phone carriers deliver SaderWatch messages?

Yes, WCU is using a service provider that works will all major cell phone providers. Text messages will be sent to your carrier for delivery to your phone. I don't use text messages. Can I receive SaderWatch by email?

Yes. When you sign up online you may choose the alert method that best suits your needs, including voice calls, text messages, and e-mail alerts.

What if I change my mobile carrier and receive service through another company?

Nothing. You will still receive alerts so long as you have the same phone number.

What happens if I change my phone number?

You will need to re-register so that you can resume receiving alerts.
