Graduation exercises for William Carey University Spring 2023 degree candidates will take place according to the following schedule. The times set for each ceremony are subject to change as conditions require. All plans are contingent upon health and safety guidelines leading up to the commencement dates.
DIPLOMAS
Digital diplomas will be sent out the day of graduation. After you have claimed your digital diploma, physical copies will be sent 7-10 business days afterward.
If you have a hold on your account, you will not be able to receive your diploma until the hold is released.
TICKETS
As per the last two years, each candidate will receive tickets for guests, which will be available the week leading up to commencement, in both the Hattiesburg and Tradition Registrar’s Offices. Tickets will also be available before the commencement ceremonies at the King Student Center for candidates who are unable to retrieve their tickets in the week prior. Times and ticket amounts will be posted as information becomes available.

BOOKSTORE INFORMATION
William Carey University is launching a new look for our regalia starting with our Spring 2023 commencement ceremonies! This regalia is unique to William Carey, and it can only be purchased through the WCU bookstore, Barnes and Noble.
For those attending the May 2023 commencement ceremonies—which is for November 2022 and February 2023 graduates, and May 2023 candidates—please order your regalia here. The deadline is April 9, 2023.
Cap and gown orders are processed by the William Carey Bookstore at the Hattiesburg campus. Call 601-318-6123 for more information.
Diploma frames are available in the William Carey Bookstore or online at Barnes and Noble at WCU or online at Framing Success.
