Business Administration
A student who majors in the School of Business may earn the Bachelor of Science in Business (B.S.B.) degree, the Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree, or the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Concentrations are offered in accounting, computer information systems, finance, international business, management/marketing, and workforce training and management.
Management/marketing, computer information systems, and workforce training and management concentrations are available on the Tradition campus .
Program Overview
Hours
The business administration major requires the completion of 120 hours for a concentration in international business and the completion of 128 hours for concentrations in accounting, computer information systems, finance, management/marketing, and workforce training and management. All students majoring in business administration must complete 45 hours of professional core requirements and 15-18 hours of a concentration area in business.

Prospective students must:
Meet all undergraduate admissions requirements of the University
Complete an online application
Submit official transcripts via eScript or mailed from the institution
Have a minimum high school GPA of 2.0 and a minimum score of 20 on the ACT or 1030 on the SAT

The undergraduate Accounting program at William Carey School of Business prepares students for successful careers in business accounting. The program provides students with excellent mathematical skills, as well as analytical tools and problem-solving methods. Coursework will include finance, taxation, auditing, and more. Successful completion of this program may prepare students for licensure as a Certified Public Accountant, depending on their state's requirements.
