Transfer Scholarships

WCU scholarship categories are academic, mission and ministry, talent, and athletic. This Transfer scholarship sheet explains more. Students are eligible for academic transfer scholarships if they possess a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale on all regionally accredited institution work previously attempted. 

William Carey University Transition to Semester Calendar Effective Fall 2025

 

On April 25, 2024, William Carey University’s Board of Trustees approved a transition from the current trimester calendar to a semester-based calendar. This change will take effect in Fall 2025.

 

William Carey University is dedicated to supporting both current and prospective students during this period, ensuring the continued provision of an excellent educational experience. Students are encouraged to prepare for this transition and may contact their advisors with questions about their program of study.
