The Student Accounts Office collects all tuition and fees in accordance with the William Carey University policies and procedures.

We assist students with all billing and account inquires, third party billing for military and other students, and disburse refunds. As we advise students on the billing and fulfillment of their financial obligation to the university, our goal is to be helpful, courteous and accurate in the information we provide.

  1. Login to the Indigo Student Portal Indigo Portal Login
  2. Click on My Ledger  under Administrative Services along the left hand side of the page.
  3. Click on   Make Payment  on the right hand side of the page.
  4. Select the amount you wish to pay, the payment method, and the reason for your payment. The amount can be changed by simply typing in the amount you wish to pay.
  5. Click   Submit.
  6. At this point you will be redirected to the Official Payments page, where you will enter your payment information. You can choose your payment method of either credit/debit card or bank account information. There is a processing fee of 2.5% of payment total per credit or debit card transaction. There is no fee assessed when paying directly from bank account.
  7. Please review and accept payment terms.
  8. Please verify the payer information.
  9. Review and Submit the Payment. It is only necessary to click the Submit button once. Clicking it multiple times may result in the processing of multiple payments.
  10. Once the payment has been submitted you will be redirected to the Indigo Portal page.

Please view the instructions below to retrieve a copy of your 1098T tax form.

  1. Login to the Indigo Student Portal. Indigo Portal Login
  2. At the top of the page, you will see a bright green box. Click the link in this box to access the 1098T form.

  3. Clicking on this link will print a copy of your 1098T to the screen.
  4. There is then a link to click for a ‘Printer Friendly Version’ of the form.

Please note that you will receive status updates via student email. You are not fully withdrawn from the term until you have received final confirmation from the Registrar's Office.

  1. Login to the Indigo Student Portal Indigo Portal Login
  2. On the left-hand side, under Administrative Services, click on Forms.
  3. Click on Withdraw from Carey.
  4. Complete the withdrawal request form. Be sure to review each statement carefully before agreeing to each.
  5. Click Submit Withdrawal Request.
